How to "Band Pull Aparts (Underhand)" ?


    -In a standing position, hold the ends of a resistance band out in front of you at shoulder height, with fingers facing up (Underhand grip). The ends should be sticking out an inch on each hand. Keeping the elbows locked pull the band apart in a controlled manner until it touches your chest. Control the movement back to start position. Repeat as indicated.
