- In a standing position with feet hip width apart. Attach a band to a solid structure perpendicular to your position. Take hold of the band in both hands and bring it to the centre of the chest, fingers facing forward .Keeping the ribs down and proper hip alignment and posture, press the band out in front of you at chest level, resisting the band. Return to start and repeat.
