    - Lie on your side, bottom leg straight, top leg bent at 90 degrees supported by a foam roller. The top arm starts out in front of you, bottom arm can be on the knee as shown or under the head to support the neck. Keeping the top arm straight, rotate the arm in a full circle, at the same time rotate out of the thoracic region, taking the top scapulae as close to the floor as comfortably possible. Return to start position and repeat.
