    Bend at the waist into a squat, hold under your big toes. Arms straight, inside your knees, move your hips down to between your ankles and raise your chest up. Then tuck your chin and try to straighten your legs, keep holding your toes. Great mobility warm-up for Squats and Deadlifts when done dynamically. Great to open hips and loosen hamstrings if held for a longer period.
