How to "Single Leg Hip Thrust " ?


    - Start sitting with your back leaning on a bench. Place one foot on the ground, knee at about 90°, the other leg straight the foot not touching the ground. Raise your hip vertically by aligning the thighs with the body and keeping the leg horizontal. Return to the starting position and repeat. Keep your back straight and your head aligned with the body.
