Manage Recipes
Theory
The recipes section will allow you to create they recipes that you will use in your nutrition plans. To create a recipe, simply click on the “add a recipe” button in the upper right corner. Once the recipe is created, it will be available in the bank you will be able to modify it if need be.
Once your recipes bank is well developed, you can always consult, modify or delete a recipe. While hovering them, you have the option to click on the eye (consult), the pen (modify) or the bin (delete).
Practice
Start by creating your own recipe by clicking “add a recipe” in the upper right corner of your screen. Following this, complete the next elements:
- The title
- The description
- The number of portions
- Preparation time
- Cooking time
- Add different foods (by using the keywords search)
- The preparation instructions
- Insert an image representing the recipe
You can now find your new recipe in the bank by using the keywords search. In the same train of thought, you can hover the recipe to see option buttons.
