What does a dish look like on a plant-based diet? 

The vegan plate is very similar to a regular plate, except for the type of protein you will include.

Half of the plate should be vegetables, a quarter should be grains, potatoes or rice and the other quarter should be protein.

It is recommended to consume a minimum of 2 portions of legumes per day, such as chickpeas, beans, peanuts, soybeans, etc.

It is important to vary this kind of protein to diversify the plate.
